A closed-loop exit ecosystem for business owners is one of the most data-intensive product categories a team can build. The domain covers financial assessments (EBITDA, revenue growth, gross margin scoring), deal workflow orchestration across buyers, sellers, and advisors, legal document management, AI-assisted analysis, and complex account hierarchies — all in a context where the data is sensitive and the stakes are high.
The FNDRS team faced the standard B2B SaaS tax — months of foundation work before any domain-specific feature could be built — compounded by the complexity of their domain. The question was how to get a production-quality platform live fast enough to validate the core premise with real business owners.
FNDRS started building on CleenUI in October 2025 and had a production platform live within a few months. The CleenUI codebase gave them the modular monolith to build FNDRS-specific workflows on top of, without inventing the substrate.
Account hierarchy, RBAC, audit history, translation registry, observability — all already there. The team's engineering time went into what makes FNDRS distinct: the financial scoring models, the deal workflow engine, the matching surface between business owners and acquirers, and the assessment instruments that capture organizational fit.
